"I bought this for neck injury rehab..."
I bought this for neck injury rehab because the reviews made it sound promising, but it was disappointing. The product itself felt sturdy enough, so I was hopeful at first, but the exercises ended up making me sore in a way that didn’t feel right at all. I reached out to support and they did respond, but it took a while and their advice wasn’t really useful. For what it costs, I expected way better guidance, especially for something meant to help with rehab. Kind of frustrating.

"Solid product, but really pricey"
I’ve been using the Iron Neck and overall it works fine. It feels sturdy and well made, so I don’t really have any complaints about the quality. That said, for how much it costs, I kind of expected a little more to come with it or for it to be more comfortable right away. If you’re really serious about neck training, it’s definitely useful, but for more casual use it feels expensive. Not bad at all, just not really the best value in my opinion.

"Didn’t really last like I hoped"
It was actually good at first, but after a few months the straps started getting loose and the whole thing just felt kind of worn out. For the price, I actually expected it to hold up a lot longer

I’ve been using it for warmups, some neck work, and on rehab days. It took me a bit to figure out how I liked using it, and I was kind of confused at first, but once I got used to it, it’s been handy for different workouts.

"Exhausting Return and Warranty Experience"
Dealing with the return was such a hassle, and by the end of it I just felt mentally drained. I was hoping the warranty would actually help, but it really didn't do much for me. The whole process was frustrating and way more tiring than it needed to be.

I ordered from iron-neck.com and felt a little disappointed with the shipping. The package did arrive in good condition, but it took a few extra days longer than I was hoping for. The tracking updates were slow too, which made it a bit frustrating. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but I wouldn’t count on it if you need your order quickly.

"Fits better than I thought it would"
I was surprised by how comfortable this ended up being once I adjusted it properly. It doesn’t feel bulky at all, and it stays in place during my workouts. The fit feels really secure for my neck size too. A friend actually recommended it to me, and I’m glad I gave it a try

"Easy to use, but I felt a bit misled"
The site was simple to navigate, and I was able to find what I needed without too much hassle. Checkout was clear, which I appreciated. That said, I did feel a little misled while comparing options because some details weren’t as obvious as I expected at first. Overall it was still a smooth experience, just not quite as straightforward as it initially seemed.

I was really hoping this would help because my neck has been bothering me badly. I gave it a try and waited to see if I’d feel any difference, but my neck still hurts just as much. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the relief I was looking for

"Helpful exercise tips that are easy to follow"
I’ve been using iron-neck.com mostly for the exercise guidance, and it’s been useful. The videos and instructions make it a lot easier to figure out what I’m supposed to be doing instead of just guessing. A few sections could probably use a little more detail for complete beginners, though to be fair, it’s still easy to follow once you get into it. Overall, it’s solid, and I find myself coming back to it.

"Didn’t notice much improvement"
I used this for a while hoping it would help build up my neck strength, but I didn’t really feel much of a difference. Maybe it works better for other people, but it just didn’t do much for me. And if the company responds with one of those canned “we’re sorry to hear that” apologies, that’s not really helpful either.
